LUNCH

(This is not sponsored)

“Each scent unfolds uniquely, creating an experience that evolves with you, one layer at a time.”

- OMR BEAUTY [via instagram caption, in regards to the occasions collection]

The ‘Occasions’ collection, an exquisite trio of perfume oils by OMR BEAUTY, is the company’s latest release to date. The response to these products was extraordinary, selling out in just a few weeks in Europe. But what is it about these fragrances that has us hooked? Here at Omar Nation, we discuss OMR BEAUTY releases by examining your views and what you have to say about them.

In Volume 1, we focused on the first of the three products, BRUNCH, and how everyone adores its fruity yet wintery scent. But now, it’s the time you’ve all been waiting for: let’s talk about LUNCH.

Similarly to BRUNCH, LUNCH arrives to buyers in its unique box, accompanied by a photocard of Omar. A frosting design can be seen on the front of the packaging with the usual OMR BEAUTY logo at the top - a minimalistic, bold font.

“LUNCH offers a fruity and sweet mix, ideal for daytime moments.”

- OMR BEAUTY [via instagram caption]

Fruity, fresh, juicy: the top layer of this fragrance includes bergamot, peach, and apple blossom. At this stage, you are greeted by a warm sweetness. The culmination of these vibrant fruits brings about a ripeness to the fragrance, making the perfume light and bright.

@BAMBIEYEDSIMME (on x)

As we move along, the heart of the perfume starts to surface – a bouquet of ingredients such as freesia and orange blossom introduce a classic flowery scent to the scene. Orris, one of the main notes from this stage, unpacks a smell similar to vanilla, laced with an unique air of powder that reminds many of creamy 'frosting' or freshly baked  'cake'. Finally, the heliotrope balances out our floral scent by providing a touch of almond to the perfume.

In closing, the base elements of cedarwood, patchouli and sandalwood add a ‘woody’ factor, which is further balanced with musk. These heavier warm elements, in their distinct contrast, highlight the lighter elements of the top and base. This means that though the fragrance is ‘sweet’ and ‘floral’, the femininity is not overpowering. One user even described this fragrance as “a perfect blend; perfectly unisex”, adding that it is the “perfect addition to any collection” because of it being a product produced for everyone. As with all OMR BEAUTY products to date, inclusivity is essential so this fragrance is both uni-sex and vegan.

Many have expressed that when wearing OMR BEAUTY fragrances, they receive many compliments from others, but especially when wearing LUNCH. I myself have even had many people mention my perfume when wearing it! Most importantly, these fragrances are designed to follow you throughout your day. LUNCH’s beautiful scent will last, even without reapplication!

“Carry the warmth of LUNCH through the afternoon”

- OMR BEAUTY [via instagram caption]

LUNCH seems to have quite the reputation:

OMR BEAUTY created a poll on their Instagram channel on January 2nd, where users were able to vote for their favourite out of the ‘Occasions’ collection. Over 1.3K people voted for LUNCH, putting it in the top spot by over 600 people! One of these voters told us, “it was immediately my favorite out of the three because it has almost like a vanilla-y cake-y kind of smell and I'm always a sucker for those scents.” We’ve only had the most positive responses about this fragrance when asking!

@WILMONSCOFFEE (on x)

LUNCH has also been named Omar’s favourite out of the three. And are we really that surprised? Clearly LUNCH is a scent we all cannot seem to get enough of!

FALL TOUR 2024

Omar Rudberg’s impeccable stage-presence captivates fans. Whether they saw his performance at Cirkus, his summer festivals, or through live streams, many were eager to see him put on a multiple stop tour. Thankfully, fans wouldn’t have to wait long. On July 27, 2024, Rudberg announced via Instagram, Tiktok, and Twitter (X) a six stop, world tour across Europe and the United States of America.

“I’M SO EXCITED TO SEE YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!”

[Omar Ruberg via Instagram]

Fans were ecstatic, and within a couple hours of his posts, every venue sold out. As a result, Omar and his team upgraded two of the six venues, London and Los Angeles, which also sold out briefly after their announcement. Safe to say, Rudberg’s return to the stage was long overdue.

Kicking off the tour in London. The opening show took place at the live music and club, Heaven, on Monday, October 21st, to a room of 1220 fans.

Showing off his eccentric style in a thin white tank top, with fuzz over the chest, sparkling silver, low-rise pants, and a white jacket and sunglasses (that he removes after his Yo Dije OUFF/ I Like It mashup), and complete with black, elbow-length gloves, Omar’s look demands the attention of a crowded room.

@officialomar via Instagram

The set list consists of many fan favorites from his Cirkus show and summer festivals, with the addition of seven songs off his most recent EP (Every Night Fantasy). With a perfect culmination of energy and emotion, the concert feels like a roller coaster of emotions, guided by Rudberg’s talented, passionate vocals and dancing.

Finishing without a hitch, London clearly was a brilliant start to his long-awaited tour.

The next stop brings us to France. At the club and concert hall, Badaboum, Rudberg performed in  Paris on Wednesday, October 23rd

Even with half the audience size, with about 550 fans, Paris’s crowd welcomed Rudberg with loud cheers and tangible spirit–even introducing him to a French tradition where crowds chant the rhythm of “Seven Nation Army” during sports matches and large events.

With high energy, Omar Rudberg’s performance shines, standing out even in a saturated field of pop artists. Something about his artistry, his raw talent and personality, and his ability to make every performance feel unique, despite sharing the same setlist and choreography, just feels different.

@officialomar via Instagram

Arriving in Amsterdam on Thursday, October 24th, Omar Rudberg takes on the Melkweg stage. Before his performance, the venue wrote an article on the singer, discussing his background and experience as an artist thus far.

@officialomar via Instagram

Here, Omar reveals a new outfit. Featuring a sheer, skin-tight, long sleeved shirt and reflective grey pants, the look felt sleek. He also wore a shiny, bedazzled black jacket during the first two songs of his show. It perfectly suited him and emphasized his incredible dancing abilities.

“AMSTERDAM WHAT A NIGHT!”

[Omar Rudberg via Instagram]

Even three stops in, Omar Rudberg seems completely happy and content to stay on stage. His smile is infectious and sticks on his face throughout his entire performance. Despite just having performed in Paris the day before, he doesn’t seem tired at all.

It is clear that this is what Rudberg has dreamed of. To be on stage, to see his fans and how his music sticks with them–that is what younger Omar had always hoped for.

@officialomar via Instagram

The last stop of his European leg of the tour takes place in Cologne, Germany at Club Bahnhof Ehrenfeld, on Friday, October 25th.

This was also the last show with a VIP meet and greet where fans were able to meet Omar and take a picture with him before his performance. These packages were offered to all the European shows, but not in the U.S. (perhaps Omar was too frightened of the Americans–not that I can blame him as an American myself).

Although this article centers on Rudberg, it is important to note just how incredible his dancers and fellow musicians are. With Adnan and Amir as his backup dancers, Simon (Papi) on the drums, and Isak on the guitar, the show comes to life. Each one of his crew seems to be just as dedicated to Rudberg’s fans, excited to deliver a unique experience, unlike any other. Without them, the show would not be nearly as special, as it is clear that they all have a very close connection with one another. Behind the scenes footage reveals their bond, and it is adorable to see how much they trust one another.

Starting the US leg of Omar’s fall tour, Rudberg takes on the U.S. in Brooklyn at the Music Hall of Williamsburg–where many famous artists have performed, including Arctic Monkeys–on Monday, October 28th.

New York brought crowds full of many fans who have never gotten the chance to see Rudberg live. As one of those fans, I couldn’t believe it when he announced the tour date. I was incredibly excited to get the chance to see Omar Rudberg in my own country–even if I had to fly across the country. And, Rudberg did not disappoint.

Infectious energy and palpable joy best describes my experience waiting in the queue. Full of fans exchanging bracelets and passing out fan projects and @omrze_’s pride flags, it was clear that everyone could not wait to see Omar’s performance.

@readingrudberry via X

The show continues like the others, with Omar delivering an unforgettable performance as always, but New York, specifically, felt special. In the city of dreams–one constantly idolized for its vibrant lights and bustling streets, it became clear that Rudberg had met a milestone. This show, in fact, was attended by MTV, who watched on, excitedly mouthing the words of Rudberg’s track, “Girlfriend”.

“And I just wanted to say that, if you ever have a dream, go for it man.  I didn’t ever think once that I would have my own show in New York”

[Omar Ruberg, during the NYC concert]

The closing night of Omar Rudberg’s Fall Tour, 2024, brought the singer to Los Angeles, California–a place that stays warm in the fall, dousing its residents with the warmth of its bright sun. His show took place in El Rey Theatre on Monday, November 4th, housing a crowd of 771 fans.

@officialomar via Instagram

Although it was last, the show was just as energetic and electric as the others, with fans filling the venue with loud cheers and screams. Rudberg, himself, also looked indescribably happy.

One of the best parts about watching Omar perform live is the community that he pulls together. When you go to one of his concerts you are surrounded by like-minded, carfree, and confident fans, who, inspired by Rudberg, feel more comfortable being themselves, being different. As someone who faced bullying for not looking or acting like the kids at his school, Omar channels that into how he carries himself–not being bothered by others’ opinions of him, and never denying himself. That attitude carries into his stage presence, allowing him to dance and sing, freely, and from the bottom of his heart.

It is that energy that makes Omar’s shows undeniably him and irrefutably different. There is simply nothing like an Omar Rudberg concert.

And with that, his fall tour has come to a bittersweet end. As a smashing success and incredible milestone for the singer, it is sad to see it go. Though, it doesn’t seem that Omar will be off the stage for long…

As we continue to watch Rudberg take on the world in his 19 stop European tour, it is truly inspirational to see him continue to bring such big energy and undeniable talent to the stage. His humility and dedication is blatant, always thanking fans graciously and performing with a bright wide smile, even as he grows larger, taking on bigger stages. It is one of the main reasons why even after the ending of Young Royals– the show which introduced a large majority of us to Rudberg–so many fans continue to stick with him, supporting him devotedly. We hope to continue alongside his journey and have no doubt that he will continue to accomplish incredible things.

I have so much I want to say but idk how. I want to do this forever. Thank you so fkn much for everything.”

MTV UK FRESH OUT

Back in October of 2024, Omar was a part of one of MTV UK’s tv shows, ’Fresh Out’. The program, known for spotlighting emerging musical talents, offered him the perfect opportunity to showcase his vocal skills and amazing stage presence to a wider audience.

The contents that were shot during his time there became absolute fan favorites. He delivered a flawless live performance of “Girlfriend”, showcasing his impressive vocal abilities and dynamic stage presence. His performance was described by fans as "absolutely captivating, jaw dropping and mesmerising”.

"In what might be the most stunning two and a half minutes you will ever see, Omar Rudberg treated us to a delectable performance of his track Girlfriend!”

– MTV UK [via Youtube]

During the program he spoke about the journey of his career so far, how he got the part of Simon in ‘Young Royals’, about the meaning behind his song ‘Girlfriend’ and so much more. He also played a game called ‘Red Light or Green Light’ where he talked about whether a thing a partner would do is positive or negative in his opinion.

Along with his performance, Omar took part in some promo activities for the show too. Two videos were posted by MTV UK via instagram and tiktok. In the first post Omar was asked rapid questions such as “What is your Every Night Fantasy?” and "When was the last time you were wrong?” which he replied to by saying “When I thought that my relationship was good, but it wasn’t” like the diva he is. In the second one he played a game called “Two truths and a lie”. In which he told us two true facts about his life, one of them being that if he wasn’t working with music he would be working with horses.And one lie, which you should watch the video to find out.

@omarrudberg (on instagram)

@moshiila (on x)

But I would be lying if I said that my personal favorite part wasn’t when Omar came out of the MTV UK studio and was greeted by a few fans who have been waiting for him for the past hour in the cold city of London. It was such a special moment for so many people who met him for the first time then and there. He took the time to talk to everyone and pose for photos even though he was in a hurry, showing just how much Omar values his fans.

EVERY NIGHT FANTASY - EP

Whenever I think about Rudberg’s debut EP ‘Every Night Fantasy’, I think about something that is unapologetic and queer. When asked what the first thing is, he associates with the EP, he mentions the word “free” - free to finally be himself, free to express himself in the way he wants and not the way society expects him to; Free, both as an artist and as a person.

The EP has been in the making for a while, “it has been a journey” said Rudberg himself, adding, “I’ve been working on this EP and all these songs for a couple of months now; some songs I’ve had for like two years.”

During the entire EP, Rudberg combines powerful vocals and meaningful lyrics, with a tad of snark and his own latin roots. It challenges societal norms, but at the same time it’s meant to be fun to listen to, not always taking everything too seriously.

Particularly, standing out is the ability Rudberg possesses, that despite the wide variety of genres and multiple songwriters, the storytelling, that spans across the EP, is still almost completely coherent. This exact storytelling is what I wanna look at a bit deeper in this article.

First released on Pride Day, June 28th, ‘Talk’ is a funky upbeat pop song, perfect for the summer. It debuted with just over 100k streams on the first day, standing now at almost 3 million streams on spotify. The song also charted in multiple countries and was played in different radio stations around the world.

It tells the story of a casual love, a person you meet one night, maybe in a club, at the beach or just randomly on the street. It might be the love of your life, or just someone who might be in your life for a night, but in that moment they are all what you can think about, all you want to think about. Nothing else matters at that moment. They capture you fully, but you just let them. You don’t really think about the consequences of anything, you just live in the moment. You haven’t really felt like for a long time, so it feels all new and exciting, as if it was the first time all over again. It’s about feeling the butterflies in your stomach, the sparks, when their body touches yours. And you just let them.

Alongside the song Rudberg, also released a music video to the song, which reached 65k views within the first 24 hours after the release.

The video combines a casual queer love story, with incredible dance moves, performed by Rudberg alongside a number of other dancers. Two of them, Daniel Gürow and Lamin Holmén, would also accompany him on his ‘Fall Tour’ and ‘Every Night Fantasy Tour’ respectively, which we talk about in more detail in other articles in this volume. One thing standing out are the outfit choices, while the other dancers wear relatively simple outfits, consisting of light washed jeans combined with white shirts and white sneakers, Rudberg stands out in more extravagant outfits. The first outfit he is wearing, mainly in the scenes during the day, combines lace with a pearl corset and a purple/orange vest as well as brown trousers. The second outfit combines sparkly black pants with a red leather jacket and a silver waist chain. With this outfit we see directly the correlation to the second line of action, as the flirt in the video, Ruben Karsberg, wears a sparkly black top, similar to Rudberg’s trousers.

@OmarRudbergOfficial

(via Youtube)

This combination of outfits is mainly worn in the scenes that were filmed during the evening and night. These outfits are a lot riskier - Rudberg being shirtless under the leather jacket, but perfect for this night out. We see them meet up on a bridge during the day and later meet up again at some sort of house party and seemingly spend the evening together.

One thing that stands out very quickly is the casual representation of both a queer relationship and people of colour, both Rudberg and Karsberg, as well as many of the background actors are of colour. Knowing Rudberg’s struggles in the past, growing up as a latino person in a predominantly white country like Sweden, and accepting his sexuality, this meant a lot for many fans. Additionally, a significant part of his fan base are either part of the LGBTQ+ community themself, and/or are people of colour, which made the representation even more meaningful.

In ‘Girlfriend’ Rudberg talks about what he called a “personal fantasy”. It’s about the situation, where you meet someone you’re interested in, but they already have someone waiting for them at home, so all you have left is the fantasy of what if. There is a certain implication that they wouldn’t be completely uninterested, but since they have someone waiting for them, nothing will actually happen. But you still imagine what would be; what would be if it didn’t matter, that someone was waiting for them; what if all of this wouldn’t just be a fantasy and you could actually spend the night together.

@OmarRudbergOfficial

(via Youtube)

You imagine how you meet each other, how you do understand their girlfriend in a way, saying “she would do it too”, but you don’t actually want to think about the fact that there is someone else - she wouldn’t be able to do it right and you’re ready to keep it a secret, because, “No one has to know that I’m your girlfriend”.

Girlfriend is bold, it's risky, it's a bit cunty and sexy. Rudberg clearly tries to defy the limits of what is socially acceptable, without ever actually crossing them.

When talking about the song, Rudberg mentions how in a way ‘Girlfriend’ is almost a sad song, as the protagonist of the song struggles to accept that, regardless of his sexuality, he does deserve a real relationship, not just being a secret fling. He thinks this is the only way to get to something that is remotely close to experiencing love and relationships. The only way is to ‘steal someone's man’. Using this exact sentiment of stealing someone’s man, Rudberg posted a series of TikToks to promote the song.

With almost 1.5 million streams on Spotify, it is the most streamed song of the EP that hasn’t been previously released. The music video reached 300k views within just 35 hours after the initial release. Additionally, the single has been played in over 300 radio stations worldwide. He also performed the song at both MTV Fresh Out and at the yearly Swedish fundraising radio show, Musikhjälpen, in 2024.

Bye Bye can be seen as both a continuation of ‘Talk’ and ‘Girlfriend’. During the night you can live your dream, but in the morning you wake up and realise, there is someone else. Someone else, they’d rather spend their time with. Someone they can share in the open and don’t have to keep secret. And one day you have enough. You have enough of them thinking that everything would just go according to their way, that they think they could just throw you away over and over and over again. You have enough of them treating you like you’re their dirty little secret. But mainly you have enough of them pretending they don’t realise how much they hurt you with their behavior. You’re just “counting down the seconds ‘till you’re gone” - you’re tired of them wasting your time. You’re tired of them thinking if they’d just pretend everything is perfect, then everything would be perfect. You’re tired of them thinking you ‘wouldn’t notice the truth’. You’re tired of how your feelings don’t ever seem to matter, only theirs. So you decide to turn the tables, making them look like the fool and give them a little taste of what it feels like.

Rudberg performed ‘Bye Bye’, alongside ‘Talk’ for the first time at Furuviksparken in Gävle, Sweden, in May 2024, at the start of his little summer tour (we’ve talked about in the past volume) and would release them in a double release just over a month later. The song debuted with almost 75k streams on the first day and would reach almost 300k within the first week. Recently, ‘Bye Bye’ just surpassed 2 million streams on Spotify.

With the almost petty vibe, it makes the perfect opener for Rudberg’s current setlist. And the irony of opening a show with “Bye bye”, usually a farewell, has something - maybe almost dramatic - about it.

Rudberg often describes ‘Red Light’ as the beginning of a new era, as it was the first song he would release under his American label, Atlantic Records. The first live performance of this song happened in February 2024, over a year ago, at Rudberg’s first, sold out, solo show in Cirkus, Stockholm. Fans were mesmerised within just a few seconds and to this day it remains a fan favourite.

After exactly three months of patient waiting (and a lot of teasing), on May 17th, Rudberg finally released ‘Red Light’ as the first track of the EP. It reached over half a million streams on spotify within the first week and was the first, and so far only song of the EP, to surpass 3 million streams.

As a ballad, ‘Red Light’ contrasts the three previous songs of the EP, which were all more funky and upbeat. It’s a lot slower and calmer, but yet at the same time perfectly shows off the vocal capabilities Rudberg possesses, especially when performing it live.

But also, the lyrics stay in contrast to the previous tracks, as Rudberg no longer talks about just a short term romance but genuinely falling in love. That person, that should just have been in your life for a night, that never saw you as equal, but suddenly you realise, maybe you’ve already fallen deeper than you ever intended to. You never intended to fall in love with them, they have someone else at home already, but unfortunately you cannot control where your feelings land. They moved on, but you can’t. You’re still “caught up in this dream”, you can’t move on; in a way, you don’t want to move on. You want to continue living in this dream, even if it only lasted a few days. Your mind goes back to them over and over again; you’re imagining what a life together would have looked like.

@OmarRudbergOfficial

(via Youtube)

On release day, Rudberg also shared a visualizer with us, showcasing some impeccable shoots matching the vibe of the song.

With the release of the EP, Rudberg added a bonus track as a surprise, sharing a spanish version of ‘Red Light’ called ‘Luz Roja’, an idea he originally got from a fan during a live stream on TikTok. Important to note is, that ‘Luz Roja’ isn’t an exact translation of the original, rather its own version of the song. One of the most notable differences is perhaps in the ending of the song, changing the lyrics from “you and me” to “Yo soy para ti. Tú eres para mí.” (I’m for you. You’re for me).

Born in Venezuela, Rudberg emigrated to Sweden at the age of six, he feels a deep connection with his latin roots and tries to incorporate them into his music whenever possible, be it with the language or the music itself. He mentions how singing in Spanish, his native language, feels closer to him, it feels more real and special.

‘Lose Me’ is the only song in the EP Rudberg wrote completely from scratch, making it an absolute fan favourite. It talks about the time after a breakup, not immediately, but at the time, when you realise you’re better off without that person. You tried to give them another chance over and over again, but it made it all worse and you finally put yourself first. You still look back to that time, but not anymore missing what you’ve lost, but rather what you’ve learnt about yourself. It’s almost petty, rubbing under their nose - you’re better off without them, but also showing them what you could have had. Your life is better now, without them, and you are free to do whatever you want, but are they? You’re wondering if they think about what they’ve lost, what they’ve left behind. But the truth is also, you don’t really care. You like the new version, the version without them, more. You’re finally free to go out again, getting to know new people again, “every night, a new body”.

For the first time, the title of the EP, ‘Every Night Fantasy’ appears in the song, again displaying the freedom you have now to create your own life. The song closes with “unintentionally, you were setting me free. So thank you, baby”, highlighting the gratefulness you still have for this person in a way, because no matter how much they hurt you, they also showed you that you’re worth more and what you actually want.

‘Wrong’ features a new beginning; it features a new person. And this time it’s someone that actually appreciates who you are. Someone that makes you feel worthy of their love. Your love is still new, it’s still fresh and exciting. You can’t really grasp it yet, it doesn’t quite feel real, but they’ll prove it to you over and over again that it is in fact real. And everytime, you fall in love a bit more. You’re still a bit scared, worried, what happened to you in the past will happen again, but they just show you their love even more. They show you their love in ways you never even expected, in dimensions you never imagined. You think it’s impossible to be loved in such a way, but they’ve “got a habit of provin’ me wrong”.

Rudberg doesn’t only emphasize this in his lyrics, but also in the way he plays with his vocals and his body language.

This is especially prominently seen in the acoustic live performance of ‘Wrong’, released about a month after the EP on Youtube. I want to put my focus mainly on the second pre-chorus: “And if I ask for one drop of rain. I know you’ll bring an ocean”. In the beginning, “and if I ask for one drop of rain” Rudberg’s voice is very calm, it’s almost shy. The person is afraid to ask for anything, still scarred from past experiences, worried to put in more emotion, almost afraid to ask for more and be rejected. He underlines this even more with the placement of his hands: they are close to his body, as if the person is shielding themself from the possible rejection. Looking at the second line, “I know you’ll bring an ocean”, his arms are no longer shielding off the body, but rather open, ready to accept the love given. His vocals are much more powerful, more open - they seem to almost come from the heart. The heart that isn’t afraid anymore, instead it’s now anticipating the love it's given.

@OmarRudbergOfficial

(via Youtube)

‘Sabotage’ isn’t only the closing song of this EP, it is also the closing song of Rudberg’s current setlist, and in my opinion it is the perfect song for both. It perfectly combines his strong vocals, like in the ballads right before it, but at the same time takes up the more funky and up beat vibes from the earlier tracks again. Despite this, Rudberg didn’t actually initially plan to include ‘Sabotage’ in the EP, saying it was a last minute decision to do so. And many would agree that it was definitely the right one to do so. As the last single, released less than a month before the full EP, the song reached over half a million streams in the first four days, his biggest debut so far.

Your love is established now, it’s still fresh, but not as fresh anymore. You can finally grasp it’s real and you wanna protect it. It’s no longer the kind of love you have to scream in the world. It’s the one for yourself, the deep one. It’s not perfect and you don’t pretend it is, but it is real and raw. And exactly this is what makes it perfect. You’re not afraid anymore; you’re not afraid of changing anymore, because you no longer change for someone, but rather you grow together. There’s still the worry of one day destroying/sabotaging it all, but you chose not to listen to that voice and instead you appreciate the time you can spend together.

The song closes with an acoustic outro, just Rudberg’s raw vocals with some pianist background. It’s perfect as the ending of the intense emotion Rudberg’s shows deliver.

With over 300k streams on release day, every track on the EP, except Luz Roja, has now reached at least 1 million streams on Spotify, having charted #25 worldwide and #14 in Europe on the first day.

But now enough about the EP, and let’s talk about the ‘Every Night Fantasy Tour’ all through Europe, celebrating and showcasing the incredible stage presence, as well as the impeccable vocals and stunning dance moves Rudberg possesses.

EVERY NIGHT FANTASY - THE TOUR SO FAR

@kgshoots_ via Instagram

The long awaited ‘Every Night Fantasy’ tour kicked off in Glasgow, Scotland on February 2nd. Having been announced back in November via Omar’s socials, fans were undoubtedly ecstatic. A 19-stop show across Europe, spanning across the entire of February and early March: one whole month of shows, of tour outfits, of the buzz of an upcoming concert. Needless to say, everyone was hyped and ready for what was to come.

“EUROPE!!! CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU IN 2025!!!… WHO AM I SEEING ON TOUR?!?!!! AAHHHH”

- Omar Rudberg [via instagram caption @officialomar]

The tour is halfway through, with 9 out of 19 shows now complete. We asked for your first-hand experience from the shows so far.

2025 is really shaping up to be Omar Rudberg’s world domination, let’s dive into it…

The first show in SWG3, on February 2nd. Omar debuted in a plain white top, tan trousers and a reflective silver chest plate. Being the first time Omar sings his new single, “I’m Not A Boy”, live, fans couldn’t wait to hear his performance. As Omar’s return to stage after the fall tour back in October, the show was certainly monumental. One fan, user @clatotheby (via X)  described the show as “breathtaking”, describing the crowd as big energy.

@kgshoots_ via Instagram

I myself was lucky enough to attend the opening show, and wow, no matter how many times I see Omar Rudberg live it is always the same feeling. That same level of excitement, of giddiness, of singing the songs with friends and other fans.

Glasgow sure knows how to bring the party to a concert!

Next Omar was booked to play the O2 Ritz, Manchester. Whilst all the shows have been different,with the energy was the same. Omar Rudberg sure knows how to get his fans dancing and jumping. His stage presence never ceases to amaze us!

User @omars_curls (via X) describes the show in 3 words–“Beautiful, Amazing, Emotional”.They spoke about a fan project where fans, “held up hearts during “Simon’s Song” that said i love you… in swedish … english and …spanish”. Clearly Manchester was a show to remember!

Omar’s tour then headed to the O2 Bush Shepherds Empire, London for the third out of five shows across the UK. This one was certainly a night that would go down in history, both for the fans there as well as fans watching on livestreams.

The show started off the same as the previous shows, yet during “Simon’s Song”, a song affiliated with the hit Netflix show ‘Young Royals’, Omar’s co-star and close friend, Edvin Ryding, appeared behind Rudberg, surprising both Omar and fans alike. The surprise was organised by Omar’s own guitarist, Simon. Needless to say, we all remember the timeline when the photos and videos appeared! One user @wilmonscoffee (via X) commented “ ON STAGE R U JOKING”, summarising everyone’s reaction perfectly.

In a quote from @omarsscurls (via X), she describes a fan project she arranged:  , “We all held up green cards during ‘I’m not a boy’ that said you are so loved on the front !! I’m so thankful for everyone who joined in and it was a beautiful moment.”, later describing her favourite moment from the concert “seeing Omar looking out at the crowd smiling, knowing he made it”

After the blast that was the London show, the ENF tour took on the O2 Academy, Birmingham. Omar debuted a new tour outfit, a white top and blue jeans with red patches. One user @Bethomrversion (via X) described her favourite performance as ‘Bye Bye’ and ‘She Fell In Love In The Summer’, going onto say, “Bye Bye” was so good as an intro song and sfilits was one of my favourites and I’m so happy I got to hear his new song “I’m Not A Boy” live!”.

Another user @fangsmar went on to share about the fan project:t “during sfilits where we held up confetti over our flashes in the Venezuelan flag colors”, clearly a beautiful moment to witness for everyone there.

For the last show of the UK leg of the ENF tour, Omar and his team played at SWX, Bristol. One user @phanslovelife (via X), who attended all 5 of the UK shows described the shows as the “best week ever”. Once again, Omar shines at doing what he loves, creating beautiful memories and experiences for everyone who witnesses his shows. Another user @miarudberg_ (via X) said her favourite moment was “Omar’s INSANE dancing while in HIGH HEELS!!!”.

Next stop was Omar’s return to Melkweg, Amsterdam. The atmosphere from the Amsterdam crowd was amazing! Omar debuted the third outfit of the tour, consisting of an all black sparkly outfit. User @young__royals__ (via X), described her favourite moment from the concert as “Spending the day with my friends and got to talk to Omar during VIP”, perfectly describing the joys of being a part of the Omar Rudberg fandom, the ‘Omar Nation’ if I can be so bold.

For the seventh stop of the tour, Omar and his team took to Trix, Antwerp. X user @4everOMR emphasized the new edition to the setlist–a cover of ‘Rude Boy’ by Rihanna–in her response, stating, “It's really hard to choose, but I love the Rude boy & Mi Casa Su Casa performance”. She went on to describe the show as “unforgettable”, emphasising once more the impact Omar has on stage.

After this Omar returned to Paris, following his tour back in October, this time playing Le Bataclan. As the first stop so far to be completely sold out, the concert was certainly eagerly awaited by French fans! User @wilrudberg (via X) describes the atmosphere in three words: “loud, insane, emotional”. Another fan @leasteinbach (via Instagram) said her most memorable moment was the “High vocales note”, and I certainly agree with this statement. Omar’s vocals are one of a kind, and are so surreal to witness live.

Finally we reach the official halfway point of the ‘Every Night Fantasy’ tour, at Chango, Madrid. This was a particularly special one for Omar himself as it was his first show performing for a Spanish audience. X user @hoemarts described the evening as the “BEST NIGHT EVER”, and whilst I myself did not attend this show, I undoubtedly agree it was indeed. Many of Omar’s own family attended, making an already amazing evening that much more special for Rudberg.

“Thank you family for coming to the show, love you guys so much. That night in Madrid was very special, and I hope I can do it a thousand times over.”

- Omar Rudberg [via instagram caption @officialomar]

User @hoemarts describes the fan project featured during “Wrong” as “so beautiful”. Venezuelan flags were held up, making even those of us at home tear up from the sheer consideration and display of this."

After speaking to fans about their experiences of the tour so far, it is evident just how much work and thought Omar, alongside his team, have put into the 19-stop tour across Europe. It highlights just how much dedication Rudberg shows both onstage and offstage into doing what he loves. From a fan’s perspective, it is so so amazing seeing him achieve what he loves and I, myself, cannot wait to see what the rest of the ‘Every Night Fantasy’ tour brings.

This is such a great magazine. You have put a lot of work in to it. It would be great if people could donate money to help you publish it and you could give it out to promote him. You could look for investors.
